my name's mary. i make cakes and sometimes sell them. i live in new york city but i'm often in philadelphia too.
i can make all kinds of cakes or other desserts. you don't have to choose from the options here; these are just the cakes i've taken pictures of so far. you can come to me with a super specific idea for a dessert or give just me some vague direction and we can work together to come up with something you'll like.
i make each cake to order so give me a little lead time if you can.

also, i can work around pretty much any dietary restriction. i was vegan for several years and can adapt almost all of my recipes to suit your needs.
basically: you name it, i'll make it!

ReplyDeleteThis is a great website. I wish I were in NYC rather than Wayne, PA, so I could sample the brioche in your picture.
I know an EA young man who is doing the same thing with cookies in West Chester. It is Cookies a la main. I will look up his email and send it to you to show you what Matt is doing. He works only via mail. I wanted to come right into his baking place, but he said it was not open to the public - not even to Baldwin folks.
